一、二次风机电机轴承渗油原因分析

　　一、1#、2#炉一、二次风机电机渗油情况
　　自设备运行以来，一、二次风机电机轴承渗油频繁出现，导致电机箱体油污严重，并且严重影响了机组的安全稳定运行。
　　于2012年05月08日16时20分，22一次风机接地跳闸，此次事故的原因就是油气经冷却风扇送入冷却器内，粘贴于冷却管壁，吸附尘土，影响冷却效果。电机内积油过多，造成电缆烧损跳闸。
　　二、原因分析
　　在2#炉C修期间，对21二次风机电机轴承检查中，发现电机轴承油挡安装错误，油挡的回油孔安装在上部，没有有效的起到油挡回油的作用，造成轴承渗油。
