主轴组件的密封

设计主轴组件的密封装置时需要综合考虑下列要素： 1.适应主轴的转速、轴承的润滑方式和工作温度，在工作压力和工作温度范围内具有良好的密封性能，密封部位的摩擦力应尽量小，磨损后能作一定程度的自动补偿。 2.适应轴承的工作环境，耐环境和润滑剂的腐蚀。 3.适应轴端结构特点，主轴前轴承处的密封结构轴向尺寸应尽量小，以减少主轴前端的悬伸量。密封装置应便于主轴组件的装拆。
