　　解答：检查一下气动的夹头有无磨损、起槽。一般更换夹头，即可解决磨砺大小头问题；再查一下轴承中档的精度问题；还有粗磨和精磨的往复数，要控制好，1次的磨砺量，不要太大，等冷却后，再磨第2次。
