为什么电机轴承加油，温度会升高

正常运行的电机补油时油温为什么升高，这是正常现象，刚加的润滑脂由于温度较低，流动性不好，导致轴承的散热不太好，所以刚加油的时候温度会有点上升，过一段时间后当润滑油分布均匀，温度均匀，流动性好后会恢复正常。

至于使用过程中润滑脂为什么会减少，主要是由润滑脂的组成决定的，润滑脂中既含有重质成分，又含有轻质成分，在使用过程中，轻质成分会逐渐挥发，只留下重质成分，这也就是为什么要补润滑脂的原因，同时也可以解释为什么轴承用了一段时间就要检查清洗或者更换。
