轴封系统巡检要点

　　巡检时，应检查轴封压力是否正常。
　　首先观察轴封处是否有蒸汽冒出，轴封周围壁面是否有凝结水。如发现存在上述情况，则说明轴封汽压过高或轴加系统是否正常，应立即汇报。
　　如无异常，则用手由远处逐渐向轴封处缓慢移动，注意防止烫伤（高压轴封处应借助F扳手等工具）。
　　手移动到至轴封10cm左右处，感觉有蒸汽微微冒出（手指有潮湿感）即表示轴封压力正常。
　　主机的轴封蒸汽压力由系统自动调节完成。汽动给水泵的轴封蒸汽压力可通过调节该给水泵的轴封进出控制。
