如何确定轴承更换的Z佳时间?

　　在日常检测中发现轴承异常，有时还能运行几个月时间，可是有时会导致轴磨损等其它故障；但一发现轴承有早期故障就更换，就不能使设备运行Z经济化。如何确定更换Z佳的时间？
　　对于一般滚动轴承，轴承损伤首先表现为加速度升高，到中后期则表现为速度升高，且频率大多分布在3-7倍轴转频范围，一般振动达到相关标准上限，此时更换轴承比较合适。当然注意跑套情况其振动会明显较小，频率多在7-12倍频范围。经验供参考！
