SKF振动监测客户案例分享-轴承跑圈

　　2018年1月，某客户循环水泵电机出现非常大的异响，且振动有明显增大。
　　客户可靠性维护工程师使用SKF专业频谱分析仪Microlog CMXA75对其进行了频谱检测，检测频谱图如下：
　　从速度谱中可以看出，主要频率成分为1X转频及其多重谐波，多达20X谐波频率。根据现场情况及特征频谱，客户认为该电机存在前端轴承跑圈现象。
　　对电机解体后发现，轴承确实为外圈跑圈。
