立磨主电机油管改造

 　　存在问题
　　生料立磨主电机轴瓦采用稀油润滑，所有管道均采用镀锌管。为拆装方便，在油管电机处安装活接。在使用中因振动经常发生活接处漏油。
　　解决方案
　　与电机联接处拆除活接，采用软管联接。
　　结论/结果/效益
　　年节约用油100公斤，减少了工人工作量。
