发电机励端轴承回油含氢量大，如何处理？

　　发现励端轴承回油含氢量大时，应首先检查密封油压是否正常，空侧密封油泵运行是否正常。若密封油差压阀调节不正常导致氢压高于油压，应查明原因及时调整处理。
　　若密封油压正常，励端轴承回油含氢量大则为密封瓦间隙过大或缺陷，造成漏氢量大，此时应加强对氢压的监视，及时补氢，保证氢气正常运行。
　　当发电机大量漏氢时，应做好防止氢爆措施，泄漏区域严禁动火，若氢压不能维持，可适当降低氢压运行，并根据氢压维持负荷及无功，不得使负荷超出允许值。并利用停机机会处理密封瓦。
