轴承加油加脂需要注意什么？

　　①禁止在运转状态下更换油，在润滑油被污染的情况下，不能因为停不了机，而在运转状态下边排油边加新油，轴承在高速运转时，容易被烧坏。换油必须在停机后实施。
　　②禁止将轴瓦给油孔安装在受压侧。
　　③禁止在没有排空气的状态下为带油封的轴承座给油，当在给带有油封的轴承座加润滑脂时，要卸掉排油塞，没带排油塞时，要使用游丝在密封上腾出间隙后进行加油，否则，由于给油的压力作用，油封容易从轴承座上脱落，造成润滑脂挤出。
　　④禁止对封入润滑脂的轴承进行加热。
