垫片引起的故障2例

　　（1）一台泰山-25型拖拉机及其配套柴油机经检修后，在工作中柴油机发生“飞车”故障。检查油底壳和空气滤清器油盘油面，均符合要求。进一步检查后发现调速器纸垫漏装而使调速器内的机油漏尽，致使机件磨损加剧，磨下的铁末将拉杆卡死，从而“飞车”。
　　（2）一台S195型柴油机，检修后转动阻力矩很大，不能启动。经检查，原来是机油泵转子轴的方榫与下平衡轴的凹槽顶死所致。顶死的原因是在安装油泵时，漏装了机油泵与机体之间的垫片。
