电动车车轮轴承套松动的处理方法

　　电动车车轮由于使用时间长，或者经常轴里进水，造成轴承损坏并且轴承外的轴承套也磨损变大，再换上新的轴承也无法使用，换个新的车轮实在可惜，有的修理电动车师傅就在轴承外垫一层薄铁皮，暂时能用，用不了多长时间就又出现杂音。
　　现有一法可以彻底解决：用锤子适当用力把车轮放轴承的外缘向下砸（不放轴承时砸），周围要砸均匀，因为车轮是铝合金的，经这样一砸，轴承套就自然的变小，再把轴承辖进去就很紧了，不会短时间就松动的，能顶新的用。
