Product introduction
Spherical roller bearings, as shown in the figure, have high load capacity design EA type, C type, CD type, CA type. In design, EA type, C type, and CD type are stamping cages, and CA type is a copper alloy car cage. EA bearings have the characteristics of high load capacity and low torque.
The standard design of the EA type is with oil holes and oil grooves. For other types, oil grooves and oil holes can also be provided in order to supply lubricants. For bearings with an outer diameter of less than 180mm, if oil holes with oil grooves are required, please refer to SEOR When ordering, mark E4 on the bearing model. For bearings with an outer diameter greater than 180mm, the standard design is with oil groove and oil hole (bearing model with E4).
In addition, when using bearings with oil grooves and oil holes, the depth of the oil grooves is limited. Therefore, it is more effective to provide an oil groove on the inner diameter of the housing.
