A needle bearing is a type of roller bearing. Although the size of the roller sometimes exceeds the needle size range defined by JIS, it is usually called a needle bearing.
Needle roller bearings can be divided into radial bearings and thrust bearings according to the direction of the load. Among them, radial bearings include: various series of stamped outer ring type, solid type, and special purpose bolt type and ring type roller needle roller bearings.
