In addition to the open type, this type of bearing also includes a bearing with a steel dust cover, a bearing with a rubber seal ring, or a bearing with a stop ring on the outer diameter of the outer ring. Generally, steel stamping cages are used. Deep groove ball bearings, large-size bearings use copper alloy car cage. When it is used for high-speed rotation, the car-made cage is also used.
Small and miniature ball bearings
There are two basic types of miniature and instrument ball bearings: deep groove ball bearings and angular contact ball bearings. Deep groove ball bearings can be further divided into the following five types according to detailed design: standard type, flange outer ring type, wide inner ring type, outer ring or inner ring radial thickness is much larger than ordinary bearing width , The inner and outer rings are very thin in the radial direction. Deep groove ball bearings can also be divided into "open type", "dust cover type" and "sealed coil type" according to the form of sealing or dustproof.
Full ball bearing
Full ball bearings, because of the ball filling openings designed on the inner and outer rings, can be loaded more balls than deep groove ball bearings. Because of the ball fillet, it is not suitable for applications with large axial loads. The main dimensions of BL2 and BL3 bearings are the same as the single row deep groove ball bearings of 62 and 63. In addition to the open type, there is also a steel plate dust cover ZZ type. In addition, when using bearings, the ball fillet position of the outer ring should be used as a non-load ring as much as possible. The cage is a stamping cage.
Magneto ball bearings
The inner ring groove is slightly shallower than the deep groove ball bearing. The inner diameter of the outer ring on the side without ribs is a cylindrical surface from the groove bottom of the outer ring. The outer ring can be separated for easy bearing installation. Usually, two bearings are used in opposition. This bearing is a small bearing with an inner diameter of 4-20mm. Mainly used for small generators, gyroscopes, measuring instruments, etc. Generally use copper alloy stamping cage.
